Selon plusieurs rapports re\u0301cemment publie\u0301s, le manque a\u0300 gagner pour les E\u0301tats europe\u0301ens pourrait se chiffrer en milliards d\u2019euros si ces derniers ne re\u0301agissaient pas rapidement face a\u0300 la concurrence des constructeurs automobiles chinois. Explications.\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color: #64e61e;\">La concurrence du marche\u0301 automobile chinois au c\u0153ur des pre\u0301occupations<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\nPendant longtemps, la concurrence commerciale du secteur automobile chinois n\u2019a pas ve\u0301ritablement inquie\u0301te\u0301 l\u2019Europe. Il faut dire que la faible pre\u0301sence des ve\u0301hicules chinois sur nos routes ne laissait pas force\u0301ment penser qu\u2019il pouvait s\u2019agir d\u2019un redoutable concurrent. Pourtant, le marche\u0301 automobile chinois conna\u00eet depuis plusieurs anne\u0301es une forte croissance qui, selon plusieurs experts, pourrait bient\u00f4t faire des constructeurs chinois la force motrice du marche\u0301 automobile mondial.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nSur le segment des ve\u0301hicules e\u0301lectriques, il s\u2019agit d\u2019ailleurs de\u0301ja\u0300 d\u2019une re\u0301alite\u0301. Certes, l\u2019Europe a ravi en 2020 la premi\u00e8re place du marche\u0301, alors que le marche\u0301 automobile chinois e\u0301tait leader depuis 2018, mais cela n\u2019a finalement pas e\u0301te\u0301 suffisant\u00a0: apr\u00e8s deux anne\u0301es de leadership (en partie d\u00fb aux conse\u0301quences de la pande\u0301mie de Covid-19), les industries europe\u0301ennes ont finalement reperdu la premi\u00e8re place mondiale des ventes de voitures e\u0301lectriques, au profit de la Chine.\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le marche\u0301 chinois automobile e\u0301lectrique repasse au premier plan<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\nDepuis l\u2019anne\u0301e derni\u00e8re, la Chine est donc redevenue le leader du marche\u0301 automobile de l\u2019e\u0301lectrique. Plusieurs facteurs ont permis cette \u00ab\u00a0reconqu\u00eate\u00a0\u00bb. Les batteries, tout d\u2019abord, sont devenues la pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse de la fabrication des ve\u0301hicules e\u0301lectriques\u00a0; et, comme l\u2019ont reconnu re\u0301cemment 66 se\u0301nateurs fran\u00e7ais, les Chinois ont aujourd\u2019hui 10 ans d\u2019avance en mati\u00e8re de production de batteries.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nUn avantage qui, associe\u0301 aux mesures du plan quinquennal du gouvernement (subventions gouvernementales, alle\u0301gements fiscaux, contrats d\u2019approvisionnement avantageux\u2026), permet a\u0300 l\u2019industrie chinoise de proposer une grande diversite\u0301 de ve\u0301hicules, et notamment des mod\u00e8les d\u2019entre\u0301e de gamme a\u0300 un prix bien plus attractif que l\u2019Europe \u2013 jusque-la\u0300, les industries europe\u0301ennes ont plut\u00f4t privile\u0301gie\u0301 la construction de ve\u0301hicules e\u0301lectriques moyenne et haut de gamme.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPour re\u0301sumer, la domination actuelle de la Chine sur le marche\u0301 mondial de l\u2019e\u0301lectrique peut s\u2019expliquer par deux principales raisons qui paraissent presque e\u0301videntes\u00a0: des voitures e\u0301lectriques de bonne qualite\u0301, et une grande diversite\u0301 de mod\u00e8les, dont une part importante de ve\u0301hicules bon marche\u0301, encore tr\u00e8s peu de\u0301veloppe\u0301s par les Europe\u0301ens.\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color: #64e61e;\">Leadership du marche\u0301 automobile chinois\u00a0: un important manque a\u0300 gagner pour l\u2019Europe<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\nL\u2019Europe pourrait perdre gros en laissant la Chine dominer le marche\u0301 automobile de l\u2019e\u0301lectrique dans les anne\u0301es a\u0300 venir. Selon un re\u0301cent rapport Allianz, le manque a\u0300 gagner serait de\u0301ja\u0300 de 24 milliards d\u2019euros en 2030 si les nations europe\u0301ennes n\u2019arrivaient pas a\u0300 stopper l\u2019expansion chinoise.\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un marche\u0301 automobile en pleine croissance<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\nAlors que les marche\u0301s automobiles europe\u0301ens et ame\u0301ricains sont en phase avance\u0301e de maturite\u0301 (phase III), le marche\u0301 automobile chinois conna\u00eet actuellement une phase de croissance exponentielle.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLa strate\u0301gie\u00a0des constructeurs pour gagner des parts sur le marche\u0301 europe\u0301en\u00a0? Avancer pas a\u0300 pas, et re\u0301aliser de petites perce\u0301es, en proposant des voitures peu ch\u00e8res par rapport aux mod\u00e8les europe\u0301ens, et tr\u00e8s perfectionne\u0301es sur le plan technologique.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nBien que les ve\u0301hicules de marque chinoise soient encore peu pre\u0301sents en Occident, la tendance pourrait donc s\u2019inverser dans les anne\u0301es a\u0300 venir. Et l\u2019avance\u0301e du secteur e\u0301lectrique, dans un contexte o\u00f9 l\u2019Europe va mettre fin a\u0300 la production de voitures thermiques, pourrait aussi sensiblement acce\u0301le\u0301rer les choses.
